Since joining the industry in 2003, and establishing Harmony Nail Studio, I’ve had the privilege of serving countless customers and training scores of Nail Techs. I am excited to have a 95% retention rate. What that means, is my customers are committed to keeping their appointments.

This is phenomenal as I am an exclusive Gel Nail Technician for over 16 years, in an industry dominated by acrylic nails. I have perfected the strategy of clientele growth and client retention.

In addition to that, I am a Certified Akzentz Gel Nail Educator.

In 2020, when the world stood still at the feet of the pandemic, I took a long sigh, as if a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I didn't realize how exhausted I was. I was working ‘harder’ not ‘smarter’ and, the days were very long.

In a moment of rest and reflection, courtesy of COVID-19, THE NAIL COACH was born.

With the right structure, systems, and strategies, I believe every Nail Technician can be successful. By turning customers into clients, and clients into ambassadors!

I decided to turn the formula of my success into a service that will enhance this beautiful industry by giving my fellow Nail Technicians the tools to START, BUILD & GROW in their career.
